Our stay was pleasant, with a decent location just out of the busy centre and close to the shopping areas & museums. The bathroom was stylish and had excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel also had an elevator and luggage storage facilities.
The service was subpar, with delays in housekeeping and breakfast staff that seemed overwhelmed and understaffed.

Stayed here on a budget, great location near public transportation, supermarket, and Rijksmuseum. Friendly staff, clean room, no noise from outside. Able to leave luggage after check-out. Good quality-price ratio.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and transportation options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with fast wifi and a bathtub to relax in.
The lighting in the room was insufficient, making it quite dark especially during the winter. The heater in the bathroom didn't provide enough warmth.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The location was just perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood just next to the river where all the Hop on Hop off boats leave. Despite being very centrally located to many attractions, the hotel was in a residential area but still had plenty of amenities nearby. I particularly appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well as the in-room safe and air conditioning. The breakfast buffet in the dining restaurant was also delicious and provided enough food to start my day off right. The staff definitely deserves recognition as they worked in a professional manner and were always available to assist me.
I had no complaints about this place at all, and I would definitely recommend it to my family if they were ever in the city.
